З 3 серпня 2024 року в Україні діє новий Технічний регламент косметичної продукції, який запроваджує низку вимог, наближених до положень Регламенту (ЄС) № 1223/2009. Ці зміни мають на меті гармонізацію українського законодавства з правилами Європейського Союзу – що відкриває двері українським виробникам косметики на ринки ЄС, але водночас створює нові виклики для виробників та імпортерів.
